- Your flight times stay on your phone. We never receive them.
- No account, no analytics, no ad tracking, no cookies.
- If you buy Pro, Lemon Squeezy keeps your receipt and licence key. That’s it.
- Payments go through Lemon Squeezy. We never see your card.
On your phone
Everything you log stays on your device: times, legs, routes, aircraft, landings, notes and your settings. We have no copy and no way to see it. Photos on a day card are only used while the card is on screen, and are never uploaded or saved.
If you buy Pro
Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and receipts. They keep your email address, your order and your licence key. When you turn Pro on, the app sends your key and a device label like “ZuluFox · iPhone” so Pro works on up to 2 devices. About once a week, while you’re online, the app checks the key is still valid. Nothing else is sent. We never sell anything or send you marketing.
What we don’t do
- No analytics or tracking, in the app or on this website.
- No cookies.
- No ad networks or ad tracking. Crew Board passes are the same for everyone.
- No location. The app only reads the time.
Everything the app needs, fonts included, comes from our own site. The only other place it ever talks to is Lemon Squeezy, for the Pro licence check. Like any website, our host keeps short-lived technical logs to keep things running.
The Crew Board
Passes on the Crew Board are paid placements, not recommendations. Businesses get nothing about you. Tapping a pass takes you to their website, which has its own privacy policy.
